Returns & Refund Policy

At Pelicans View Photography, each metal print is produced on demand through our printing partner. Because of this, returns are accepted only in the case of damaged or defective products.

Damaged Items

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.  

Returns

Because each item is custom produced, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Returns for damaged prints accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace the item at no additional cost.
